The site
Table & Cup shows what home coffee people own and drink, and whether they would buy it again. Everyone can read it. To vote, post a cup or keep a Want to try list you need an account.
Your account
- One account per person. You must be 16 or older.
- You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep your email account safe; whoever can open it can sign in as you.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
What you post
- Only photos you took yourself, of things you actually own or cups you actually made. No people’s faces, nothing offensive, nothing that is not yours to share.
- Vote honestly, and only on what you own or drank. No votes or posts in exchange for payment or free products, and none on behalf of a brand or a seller.
- We review gear photos before they count. Cups made with your approved gear can be published without a separate cup review. We may decline or remove anything, for any reason, without notice.
- What you post stays yours. By posting it you allow us to show it on Table & Cup, resize it, and use it to describe the site, for as long as it is on the site, free of charge. If you remove it or delete your account, we stop showing it.
Numbers on the site
Percentages, owner counts and taste lines come from the people who use the site. Taste and votes describe personal experiences, not tests. A percentage is only shown once enough reviewed owners have voted. Prices marked “about” are approximate and may be out of date; the price that counts is the one on the seller’s page.
Amazon links
Links go to Amazon. Whether something is listed or how it ranks is never for sale. What you buy, you buy from Amazon or its sellers, under their terms, not from us.
Use your own judgement
Coffee machines are hot, pressurised and electrical. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Recipes and settings here are what worked for the person who posted them. Nothing on the site is professional, medical or safety advice.
Our content
The text, design and photos we made are ours. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Do not copy the catalog or the rankings in bulk, and do not collect data from the site with automated tools without asking first.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it correct and available, but we do not promise that it is either. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the site, from relying on what people posted, or from products bought through a link.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect; using the site after that means you accept it. Questions: hello@tableandcup.com.
